Scott Overby, CCIM has served as president and principal broker for The Overby Company since 2003 after taking over from Phylisee Overby who founded the company in 1983. Specializing in sale of multifamily and sale and lease of office and retail properties, Scott employs a distinctive blend of experienced real estate savvy and complex financial expertise to provide strategic consulting and brokerage services to commercial real estate investors and owners at all levels of complexity and experience.
Scott is an active commercial real estate advisor and has earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and serves as president-elect for the Multiple Listing Service of Jackson.
